As Concierge, you’ll be the first and last impression for our members and guests — the heartbeat of the club. Your role is to deliver world-class, personalised service that makes every interaction seamless, memorable, and inspiring.
This isn’t a standard front-of-house position. It’s about creating exceptional experiences: welcoming members, guiding their wellness journey, coordinating bookings, and ensuring every detail reflects the premium standards FIT is known for.
What you’ll do:
* Create lasting first and last impressions with warmth and professionalism.
* Guide members and guests through personalised recommendations in fitness, wellness, and recovery.
* Seamlessly coordinate bookings, memberships, and transactions.
* Act as the central link between members, trainers, and management.
* Maintain the ambience, presentation, and energy of a world-class facility.
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or wellness reception.
* Exceptional people skills — professional, empathetic, and attentive.
* Sales and service acumen with the ability to convert enquiries into lasting relationships.
* Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
* Impeccable grooming and presentation that reflects our luxury brand.
