We are seeking outstanding Club Concierge professionals who thrive in luxury service environments, and are passionate about elevating health and wellbeing. This is more than a front-of-house role - it’s about curating exceptional, tailored experiences that make FIT the leading destination in the wellness space.
What you’ll do:
Deliver a five-star welcome, recognising members and guests with ease, warmth, and discretion.
Guide prospective members from first enquiry to joining, with polished follow-up and a service-led approach to sales.
Oversee the front desk experience end to end, anticipating needs and ensuring every interaction feels effortless.
Manage payments and transactions with absolute accuracy and calm efficiency.
Curate each member’s schedule, including class bookings and Personal Trainer recommendations, to suit their goals and lifestyle.
Provide thoughtful, tailored recommendations across training, wellness, and recovery, so members always know what to do next.
Maintain immaculate presentation and atmosphere across the club, ensuring the space feels refined, considered, and consistently premium.
Coordinate communication between members, trainers, management, and practitioners, keeping the club running smoothly behind the scenes.
Shifts: Morning, afternoon, evening. Please allow 4 days of availability.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years’ experience in concierge, luxury hospitality, premium wellness, or high-end reception environments.
Confident with conversion, guiding enquiries through to join with polished follow-up, while delivering a genuinely service-led experience.
Exceptional interpersonal presence, professional, empathetic, and highly attentive to detail.
Comfortable with technology, ideally with booking, CRM, or membership management systems.
Highly organised and meticulous, with strong administration skills and pride in accuracy.
A genuine interest in health, fitness, and holistic wellbeing, and the ability to speak naturally about our offerings.
Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure, with excellent judgement and discretion.
Impeccable grooming and refined presentation, consistently reflecting a luxury, five-star standard.
First Aid certification is required.
